Is a modular building less solid?

A module is designed to travel by road and be lifted by crane. Its structure is built beyond what a site-built building requires.

Can modular handle the Quebec winter?

Yes. R-30 walls and R-45 roof, beyond code. Screw piles and insulated floor for rocky and remote sites.

Does modular cost more in the end?

Is the timeline the same as traditional construction?
